Switching things up a little bit.
Going to try some new recipes from the Whole30 book I just got this week. Feel I need some new fresh recipes to try. I will share any good ones we try.

This week I was going to start Insanity Max 30.
The meal plan for this program is the same as the 21 Day Fix program.
Simplified, portion controlled containers and balancing meals out with different food groups.
If you're looking to lose those last 10 pounds, the only way you will do it is through nutrition. Keeping things as clean as you possibly can!

Do you have a special event coming up or want to help shed off those last couple pounds?
This meal plan is found in the 21 Day Fix Extreme nutrition guide. It consists of two really clean, simple eating and then a day of following the normal 21 day fix nutrition plan.
I have attempted this before. It's extremely hard. I really suggest prepping all the fish, chicken and veggies ahead of time and having them all lined up for you in the fridge. This just makes it as mindless as possible so there's no guesswork in what you're going to be eating.
I've made some meals really repetitive but you can take this example and replace those foods with an equivalent from the nutrition guide. I just like to keep things really plain and simple. You can see that the CCP (Countdown to competition eating days) have a total of 8 mini meals. This is so that your metabolism is running at optimum.
This week I'll obviously be making different meals for the kids. Don't need them looking like mini body builders. So I have made a separate meal plan for them this week
This was extremely hard to stick to, so if you get through it let me know how you did it! I'm going to give it another shot this week because I do have something special next Sunday.
