 The word "coach" was intimidating to me.  I am not a nutritionist and not a fitness expert or instructor.  I'm just someone that had found a product that worked (through nutrition and exercise) and I wanted to share that with others.  I wanted to help and encourage them along their journey through these programs as well. 

After years of being pregnant and going through 3 pregnancies in 6 years, I was ready to get rid of all those stretchy pants, maternity clothes and XL clothes forever!!  I was ready to focus on my health and feel better and more confident in my own skin.  I struggled for years with eating and cravings.  I really did like to exercise but I was putting in lot of work but not losing weight.  It was my eating that was the problem.  I was introduced to Shakeology and the 21 Day  Fix program in the summer of 2014 and was able to lose 35 pounds now.  Drop from a size 14 to a size 6.  A decision I was nervous about investing in, but thank goodness I did because it was just the program I needed to get my confidence back, ditch all those "fat" clothes and get me feeling more like myself again.  It's truly changed my life.

I loved being part of a group of supportive people that I wanted to pay it forward and help others through their weight loss journey as well. I signed up to be a coach and was starting my own challenge groups to motivate and inspire others. I didn't know exactly what I was getting into, I'm not a nutrition or fitness instructor. I didn't look like a fitness instructor, I was still working through my journey but I had a desire to help people and show them these products DO work. I didn't know how much time I wanted to devote to this but all I knew was that I'm keeping myself on track and leading by example and just helping out one person in the beginning has now lead to helping more and more each month. Such a domino effect and it feels FANTASTIC !

Team Believe is a team of motivated individuals who encourage, motivate and support others on their fitness journey.  They are there daily helping their friends and family through their programs.  

When I first signed up as a coach, I did so to get a discount monthly off my Shakeology.  Since I was seeing great benefits of drinking shakeology daily I wanted to continue and save a bit of money.   Many others join just to benefit from the discount. 

The further I explored into this opportunity the more I got excited.  People were getting results and I was SO happy for them.  They did all the work by putting in the time to exercise, and eat clean, but I was excited that I was able to introduce them to a product that was helping them.  Such a great feeling, and so rewarding.  So with that I got more and more excited to dig a little bit deeper into this opportunity to help others, and keep myself focused as well.  You can get paid to exercise, eat healthy and lose weight!  Pretty cool!

What a beach body coach isn't --  it isn't a get rich quick business opportunity.  It does take time to grow and the more work you put into it, the more you get out of it.  Initially I was worried that it was a "pyramid scheme" as well.  The more research I did the more confident I felt about it.  It is not uncommon to hear of teachers or lawyers quitting their jobs to jump all in with coaching because it better suited their lifestyle.

Now that team believe has been growing, we have set up tools so that anyone can be successful at this if you commit to doing the daily vitals.  We have a closed Facebook support group and events as well. It is so exciting to see others succeed in this as well.

Coach information:

What is the Cost?
- There is a one time fee of $40 at the time of sign up.  This fee can be waived if you purchase a challenge pack ( I can explain that option more if you contact me)  You can go to ............... click be a coach, and you are officially a BeachBody Coach. 
- There is a monthly fee of $19 that will cover the cost of your three business sites.  Shakeology, BeachBody, and Reset sites which you can personalize slightly.  It's like a membership fee that allows you to be a coach
- to remain "active", you must have a personal volume (PV) of 50 a month.  For me this is covered by my shakeology (at 25% off ) each month.  So whether you generate 50 PV yourself or from helping others that's the requirement to stay active.

Benefits of being a coach?
 - You receive 25% commission off of anything that is purchased off your sites.  You help someone with finding a program that works for them, you'll be compensated for that.  Help more people, make more money.
- You receive 25% discount off of all BeachBody products, including merchandise.  This includes Shakeology, 3 Day Reset and all of their proven exercise programs
- If you choose to, you can create a team of others to help and motivate others. 
- you get paid on a weekly basis
- You don't need to carry inventory.  All your customers order off your websites and BeachBody has super fast shipping so they can get started right away!
