You will need:
- 2 cups of cooked quinoa
- 4 cups of sliced strawberries
- 3 cups of low fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 4 tsp chia seeds
Simple and easy to make:
- You're going to want to divide all these ingredients into four different containers. Layer the quinoa, strawberries, yogurt, chia seeds and honey in a tall glass or bowl
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Since berries aren't cheap when they aren't in season, feel free to use frozen berries as a replacement to fresh strawberries :)
