Banana Oatmeal Cookies
This recipe was included in the Country Heat meal plan. You CAN have healthy treats while following this program.
The kids and I whipped these ones up on the weekend together. Really simple ingredients used for this one. They were handy when we went to the beach this weekend too.
What you'll need:
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 chopped raw walnuts
To make:
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Lightly coat baking sheet with spray. Set aside
- Combine oats, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl; mix well
- Add bananas, raisins, and walnuts; mix well
- Drop by heaping Tbsp onto prepared baking sheet to form cookies; flatten cookies with spatula.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes or until firm.
