I was able to try this program when they had a sneak peek on Beachbody On-demand.  I LOVED it.  It's a great cardio workout and the time passed quickly.  Before I knew it the workout was done.  So it's great if you don't have a whole lot of time to workout, or usually get bored with a slow paced program.

I love how this program was set up because it has a "learn it & work it"  so you can learn the moves and then feel confident going into the workout.  I am not overly coordinated and find it difficult to keep up with tricky moves and this really broke down the routine so it was easy to follow and feel like I was getting a workout, not clumsily moving around. 

There are modifiers in every single workout so no matter what your ability level is, you can go at your own pace.  As you get stronger the goal is to challenge yourself with higher intensity and increased focus.

What about the workouts?


Mixing moves from Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai with bodyweight training and cardio conditioning, CORE DE FORCE gives you the most effective MMA-inspired workouts to help you shred belly fat and transform your body in just 30 days. Each move, whether it's a jab, a kick, or an uppercut, works your core from every angle—what Joel and Jericho call 360-Degree Core Training.  The workouts are broken into 3-minute "rounds." Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time and before you know it—you're done!


















This is a 30 day program and we'll be following the programs calendar.  Each day there's a different workout.  They are 30-45 minutes in length.

Power Sculpt- Total body burner that uses explosive power and interval training to lean and sculpt.  (37 minutes)
Dynamic Strength- Low on impact but high on intensity. (47 minutes)
Active Recovery- Recharge for the week ahead with this rest day that focuses on form and technique to help fight fatigue and sore muscles. (21 minutes)
Core De Force Relief- A quick 5 minutes stretch before bed session. (5 minutes)
Team Beachbody Exclusive MMA Mashup– All the best Core De Force moves in one workout.  (26 minutes)
Core Kinetics- A unique core workout inspired by Mixed Martial Arts movements.
5 minute Core on the Floor- the ultimate core finisher- 5 minute challenging plank movements that gets your abs on fire.

Agility Strength- combines fast footwork drills with body weight resistance to help improve coordination and blast major calories.  (9 rounds- 37 minutes).
